Couples/families
  • Initial assessment: £170 (90 minutes)
  • Regular sessions:  £130 (50 minutes)

Assessment reports, letters and consultation
  • Fees available on request.
Health Insurance
  • If you are covered by health insurance, we are recognised providers for Bupa, AXA PPP, Aviva, Vitality Health and WPA.​  Please obtain confirmation from your insurance provider that they will cover you for clinical psychology, and it would be helpful to find out the details such as the number of sessions they will cover you for before contacting us.

Payment and cancellation policy

Fees payable by bank transfer 48 hours prior to the session.
Please note that face to face sessions will be chargeable at a higher rate, which will be discussed on booking.
Please enquire about concessions available for those on a reduced income.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please provide advance notice (at least 2 days) to avoid being charged for that session.

Confidentiality policy

Your confidentiality is maintained in line with the legal and professional frameworks of the British Psychological Society (BPS) , Health and Care Professionals Council (HCPC), The Data Protection Act 1998, and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).  Hilltop Psychology is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), who act as data controllers.  All information from you will remain confidential and only shared after discussion with you under if any of these conditions apply:
1. You have provided consent to sharing your information with authorised persons or organisations (e.g. your GP).
2. We have been legally instructed to breach confidentiality.
3. To safeguard the life of you or others, where there is an immediate risk of harm.
