Therapeutic approachesOur therapeutic interventions are carried out following NICE (National Institute for Health and Care Excellence) guidelines, and draw on a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches to provide bespoke interventions for your specific needs. These approaches include: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy and Motivational Coaching.

Therapy formatSessions are usually offered online using video call for adults, older children and young people.
For young children, face to face sessions can be arranged to take place in our Crystal Palace therapy rooms. |
